No, you can't. The second and third delegate fees can be purchased when the first delegate of your institution bought a full pass to the congress, either member or non-member fee. The discount ENCATC provides for the second and third delegates to attend the full congress is based in the principle that the first delegate is also attending the full congress.
- The Education and Research Session is open to experienced researchers and educators. According to the European Charter, an experienced researcher is a researcher with at least four years of research experience (full-time equivalent) after obtaining a university degree giving them access to doctoral studies in the country in which the university degree was obtained, or researchers already holding a doctorate, regardless of the time taken to obtain this doctorate degree. This can be considered someone aged 35+.
- The Young and Emerging Researchers’ Forum is open to young researchers. According to the European Charter for researchers, a “Young researcher / Early career researcher” is a researcher during the first five years (full-time equivalent) of their research activity, including the research training period. This can be considered up to 35 years of age. Please note that this category is not eligible to present papers in the ENCATC Research Session. Emerging researchers in the ENCATC frame are considered confirmed professionals who intend to continue or enter into research/policy-oriented careers after several years of practice. The emerging researcher has no limit of age. Emerging researchers are eligible to present their papers to the Research Session.
