Congress Research Paper Award
Established in 2019, the ENCATC Congress Research Paper Award recognises outstanding scholarly contributions presented at the Education & Research Sessions (E&R) of the ENCATC Congress. It is a recognition of academic rigour, originality and relevance to contemporary challenges in cultural management and cultural policy.
The Award reflects ENCATC’s long-standing commitment to advancing debate, generating new perspectives and informing cultural policy and professional practice.
The award includes a grant from ENCATC to support the publication of the winning paper in its European Journal of Cultural Management and Policy (EJCMP), published in full Open Access (OA) by leading publisher Frontiers, with fully waived Article Processing Charges (APCs). This represents an additional opportunity to extend the impact beyond the Congress itself, enabling the winning research to circulate more widely and contribute to ongoing academic and professional discussions in the field of cultural management and cultural policy.
The award is open to eligible authors submitting full research papers to the Congress Education & Research Sessions, in accordance with the requirements and procedures established for each Congress edition.
