Open to participants who have completed the Academy, the Alumni Programme offers a structured platform for continued learning, peer exchange, and professional development. It is designed to support alumni in translating the Academy’s principles—green, social, and digital transformation—into long-term organisational and policy-oriented action.
By joining the Alumni Programme, participants gain access to ENCATC’s Mentoring Programme for Cultural and Creative Sectors Professionals, fostering intergenerational and cross-sectoral dialogue between emerging and experienced leaders. Through mentoring, alumni can deepen their strategic capabilities, strengthen leadership skills, and further develop solutions to address the evolving challenges of sustainability and the green transition.
