Working at ENCATC has been a huge opportunity for me by different reasons. Firstly because of its people, wonderful people with a high human quality and excellent professionals at the same time. Secondly, because of its soul. Just like the ENCATC office is, it is an open space, the same is its soul. You can breathe in the exciting ideas, creativity, motivation and enthusiasm... since the first day. And thirdly, its work. It´s a luxury you can work in a institution that meets with the most important european culture centers and beyond. This experience has turned out to be an important point in my life.
