In the commitment to transferring knowledge across countries and among institutions, ENCATC established its International Knowledge Exchange in 2017 on the occasion of its 25th anniversary and 25th Annual Congress.
This initiative aims to have cultural management and policy publications find their places in libraries of institutions, universities, cultural organisations, and research centres across the globe. It's a way to have knowledge reach new audiences and bring valuable perspectives and insight to an institution in another country. The ENCATC International Knowledge Exchange follows 5 stands:
The master programs in Management of Performing Arts and Industries and Management of Screen Arts at the National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts (NATFA), Sofia, Bulgaria have undertaken an initiative to establish Resource Center in Arts Management at the Library of the Academy. This and other similar programs across Bulgaria strongly require solid methodological materials in English and Bulgarian languages on diverse subject matters related to management, marketing, financing, fundraising, strategies, entrepreneurship, cultural industries, economy of culture, and other areas. The goal is to support the learning process and improve professionalism and management capacities of cultural operators in Bulgaria.
We kindly ask authors of publications, cultural institutions, foundations, public bodies, universities, libraries and individual experts to donate materials to the new Resource Center– publications, books, articles, documents and so on in the field of arts management and cultural policy. The materials could be in a print, or electronic version.
