ENCATC on Culture and Foresight
ENCATC participated in the workshop “Culture of Foresight, Culture as Foresight, Foresight for Culture?” at the Institute for European Studies (IEE-ULB) in Brussels, contributing insights on the role of transnational networks in cultural policy. Representing ENCATC, Dr Carla Figueira highlighted that such networks act as essential connectors and infrastructures of collective intelligence, helping to identify emerging issues and translate knowledge into policy dialogue. ENCATC reaffirmed the importance of linking policy, research, practice, and education, and thanked Carlotta Scioldo for organising this timely and inspiring exchange.
