ENCATC at Green Tales: Where Culture Meets Climate Action
On the 9th of February 2026, ENCATC attended the Green Tales final Forum & Concert at the Instituto Cervantes in Brussels. Green Tales is an international event led by one of its members, the International Yehudi Menuhin Foundation, that brought together artists, educators, cultural institutions, and European stakeholders to celebrate and reflect on the outcomes of the project, which uses arts, storytelling, and digital tools to enhance environmental awareness among children. The Green Tales initiative involved young creators from across Europe and culminated in the screening of an animated film and discussions on creativity, education, and ecology, as well as a serene concert offered by a young string trio. The event offered ENCATC and its network valuable insights into how artistic and educational practices can contribute to sustainability education and cultural engagement.
