ENCATC Joins Forces to Boost European Heritage Advocacy
On the 4th of February 2026, ENCATC took part in the joint meeting between the European Heritage Alliance and the European Heritage Hub consortium, reinforcing its commitment to strengthening advocacy for cultural heritage at European level. The gathering marked an important step in aligning strategic priorities for the future of EU heritage policy, particularly in light of the evolving EU framework and budget discussions. For ENCATC and its network, participation in this dialogue ensures that the perspectives of cultural management professionals, educators, and policymakers are represented in shaping advocacy priorities related to governance, social inclusion, sustainability, and international cultural relations. The meeting also opened new opportunities for collaboration and knowledge exchange, further positioning ENCATC as an active contributor to coordinated European heritage advocacy and as a bridge between policy development and the cultural sector on the ground.
