CreaSus launches the informative session on its piloting programme
CreaSus, a European project where Encatc participates as a partner, has entered the piloting phase of its programme.
CreaSus is a project designed to guide and support CCSIs to make sustainability a key part of their operations and a competitive advantage. In the overall programme development, the piloting phase offers organisations a strategic opportunity to integrate sustainability into their business practice. Through a comprehensive self-assessment process, organizations that decide to participate can evaluate their performance, organize sustainability data, and use it to create added value in their offerings. Based on the assessment results, tailored actions for improvement are proposed, supported by funding schemes and business models designed to facilitate sustainable transformation.
More specifically, Cultural and creative organizations participating in the piloting will be asked to use and provide feedback on:
- A sustainability Self-assessment tool, which will allow organizations to evaluate their performance in the three sustainability areas: environmental, social, and governance,
- The sustainable transformation actions, which will offer a battery of proposals to improve their sustainability performance,
- A Funding schemes toolkit and three Business models, which will facilitate an operational approach to their sustainable transformation process.
Participating organizations will receive support through a capacity building programme, which will support them in the use of the different resources. The piloting process will foster connections and networking opportunities between similar organizations across Europe and will provide visibility of the participating entities.
FundaciĆ³n Banco Santander, leader of CreaSus project, will host an online informative session about the piloting process on March 4th at 11am (Brussels time). During the session, the project leader will provide information about the CreaSus project, the sustainability tools to be piloted and the criteria and benefits of participating in the piloting and will sort out doubts that organizations may have. All the organizations from the cultural and creative sectors in the European Union are invited to join the informative session.
