New Special Issue | Call for papers on interdisciplinary approaches to culture and sustainability
Following the successful ENCATC Congress 2024, held in Lecce from 18-20 September, ENCATC invites to submit a paper for a Special Issue on the theme of the Congress: "Culture that matters: Interdisciplinary Approaches for Sustainable Futures". This call targets not only researchers attending the 2024 Education and Research Session, but all researchers working in this topic and willing to maximise the visibility of their research.
The ENCATC Education and Research Session was a rich forum for the exchange of innovative research and ideas in cultural management and policy. The Special Issue, to be published on the European Journal of Cultural Management and Policy (EJCMP), will bring together selected papers addressing this year's theme, aiming to further disseminate these important contributions to a global audience. This Special Issue will serve as an important resource for scholars and practitioners worldwide, contributing to the ongoing discourse on interdisciplinary approaches to culture and sustainability.
While we are particularly interested in papers that align with the Congress theme, papers that address other relevant topics in cultural management and policy are also welcome.
Key benefits of publishing with us include:
- Peer-reviewed publication: All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer-review process, ensuring the highest academic standards.
- Open Access publication: Your research will be freely accessible to a global audience, promoting maximum visibility and impact.
- Global reach: Papers will be widely disseminated through ENCATC's and Frontiers' extensive academic and professional networks, ensuring that your work reaches a broad, interdisciplinary audience.
If you are interested in submitting your paper or would like more information on how to proceed, please contact Isabel Verdet at i.verdet@encatc.org, who will provide guidance on the submission process, deadlines, article processing charges (APCs) and any additional questions you may have.
