The next ENCATC Academy will be held in Santander!
Next spring, under the frame of the European Year of Skills, the prestigious ENCATC Academy on sustainable cultural management and policy will take place from the 24 to 27 April 2023, in the beautiful city of Santander in Spain.
As for past editions, this Academy will gather cultural practitioners, high level experts, academics, researchers and policy makers to discuss sustainable cultural development.
This will also be a unique opportunity to discover the very rich cultural offer of the city, as well as some of its cultural landmarks like the Centro Botín, while learning and exploring in a three-day long exchange that already promises to be very fruitful.
ENCATC has been creating and delivering academies for over 10 years, alongside local partners. In 2023, the main partner of the event will be the City of Santander. Other involved partners are Goldsmiths (University of London), Julie's Bicycle, the Network of European Museum Organizations (NEMO). The 2023 Academy will be co-financed by the Creative Europe Programme.
Next year’s Academy will again be comprised of a varied programme of lectures and specialized discussions that will enable participants to forge new connections while engaging in mutual and collaborative learning.
