Started for the first time in New York City in 2013, the ENCATC International Study Tour aims to foster international exchanges of ideas, projects, and best practice among participants coming from different world regions.
The ENCATC Talks were launched on 8 May 2020 at the initiative of ENCATC Member Avril Joffre from the University of the Witwatersrand. This project aims to offer the cultural management and policy community a virtual space to exchange practice, methodology, ideas and projects proposals.
Digital transformation is reshaping the way cultural organisations and European networks operate, offering exciting new possibilities but also introducing complex challenges. The ENCATC Masterclasses are designed to accompany European network leaders to make them ready for the skills of the future. Besides offering inspiration and practical skills to support cultural leaders in embracing innovation, the ENCATC Masterclass also serves as a vital platform for networking and knowledge-sharing.
