Whose Culture? Navigating Complexity in the Educational Settings

Dorina Xheraj-Subashi is an Albanian museologist and heritage specialist, known as the co-founder and Executive Director of MuZEH Lab, a center dedicated to museum innovation and community-centered cultural heritage in Durrës. She lectures in Museum Studies and Cultural Heritage at Aleksandër Moisiu University, where she has been active in teaching, research, and cultural project development for more than a decade. With academic training in archaeology and a Ph.D. in museology, her work focuses on museum education, heritage interpretation, and public engagement. Through numerous national and international initiatives, she promotes creative, inclusive approaches to connecting people with their cultural heritage.
