Full Professor, Cultural Economist, Head of Creative Economy Research Center at the SWPS University. Creator of MAP (manager, agent, producer) Master degree. Holder of a postdoctoral degree (habilitation) in management in the humanities, founder of the Pro Cultura Foundation. Her last publication is co-authored Artists Labour Market, Cultural Policy and Creative Economy: A Triangular Model in Poland Routledge Focus on Economics and Finance, Taylor & Francis Ltd, London 2024. She has been the principal investigator of numerous national and international research programmes on the cultural policies, CCS entrepreneurship and value chains. Recently her interests focus on the artists' labour market in the AI reality. Her research project “Counted 2024! Artists, performers and creators in Poland” became a base for the legislation changes in Poland and was a first after World War II successful attempt to estimate the size of artistic milieu.
