On 5 December 2025, the ENCATC Research Platform dedicated its last online meeting of the year to the European Journal of Cultural Management and Policy (EJCMP), ENCATC's journal at the crossroads of research, innovation and policy dialogue in the cultural field. Anna Villarroya opened with the journal's mission, aims and current special issue calls, and Ricardo Leitão-Gonçalves discussed its international reach, open access policy and publishing opportunities. An authors' panel then showcased research published in the journal: Laura Valoma spoke on decolonising cultural policy and the rights of the Sámi people in Finland, Dragana Kostica on network governance in urban regeneration in Belgrade and Amsterdam, and Jordi Sanjuán on how the cultural and creative industries shape wellbeing. An open discussion with participants concluded the session.
