I am an Assistant Professor in the Academy of Film and Creative Technology at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, where my research focuses on cultural and creative industries, digital transformation, cultural entrepreneurship, and media and cultural policy, with a particular emphasis on China. I currently serve as an Editorial Board Member of the European Journal of Cultural Management and Policy. I have also acted as a peer reviewer for several SSCI-indexed journals, including Media International Australia, Cultural Trends, and Humanities and Social Sciences Communications. My publications span interdisciplinary fields including media and cultural studies, cultural policy, creative industries, and heritage studies. Beyond academic publishing, I have contributed expert commentary to international media outlets, including The Straits Times and CNA, helping to communicate research to wider audiences.
