Mariola Andonegui Navarro

Mariola Andonegui Navarro is an Art Historian (University of Zaragoza), with a PhD in Didactics of Visual Expression from the Complutense University of Madrid. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Cultural Heritage Management (Complutense University of Madrid) and a diploma in Museology from the École du Louvre (Paris). She has extensive experience in heritage education, having worked with several national museums in Spain, including the National Archaeological Museum (1996–2001), the National Museum of Anthropology (2002–2004), the Museum of Costume (2004–2006), and the National Museum and Research Center of Altamira (2010–2012). She has also collaborated with institutions such as Fundación Caja Madrid (2005–2012), the San Millán de la Cogolla Foundation (2011–2020), Fundación SM (2021–2023), the Council of Europe (2020 and 2022), and the Sobrarbe Regional Museum Network (2023–2024). As project coordinator for the San Millán de la Cogolla Foundation, her work has been recognized with the Europa Nostra Award in the Education, Training and Awareness-Raising category, received in both 2011 and 2021. Her professional experience also includes participation in international projects funded by LEADER, Creative Europe, and ERASMUS+ programs.
