Exploring Art in the Flemish Parliament

Brussels, Belgium

To close the first part of the year with something unique, this Cultural Happy Hour was a special guided tour, “Exploring Art in the Flemish Parliament,” taking place on Thursday, 12 June, from 5:00 PM sharp to 7:00 PM.

Hidden in the heart of Brussels, the Flemish Parliament is home to an impressive collection of contemporary art. Some of the artworks were specially commissioned for the Parliament, while others were acquired to support both emerging and established artists. Participants saw works by renowned artists such as Sofie Muller, Berlinde De Bruyckere, Panamarenko, Luc Tuymans, Charif Benhelima, Philip Aguirre y Otegui, Rinus Van de Velde, and many others.

This Encatc Cultural Happy Hours was organised in partnership with Creative Europe Desk Flanders.
