Europe Refresh

The 9th Cultural Happy Hours offered participants the opportunity to discover “Europe Refresh”, the first European gathering for crowdfunding. This initiative, organised by Les Halles de Schaerbeek in partnership with KissKissBankBank, the European leader of crowdfunding, collected dozens of projects coming from citizens of Europe (and India, the guest country of this first edition) about art, ecology, new energies, new technologies, education, research, health, agriculture, and humanitarian associations. On this opening evening, guests had a preview of about 50 selected projects, presented and financed by the public in the following days.
