On 26 April 2026, during Art Brussels, an ENCATC Art Talk explored ethics, sustainability and creativity in the practice of three artists, looking at how environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations affect artistic practice and the wider art market. Annick Schramme and three artists working with leading Belgian galleries, Arpaïs Du Bois, Griet Dobbels and Cindy Wright, discussed how ethical and sustainable choices shape creative processes, production methods and the way artists position themselves professionally. After an audience Q&A, participants joined a Cultural Happy Hour to continue the conversation with artists, curators, collectors and other art world professionals, followed by a visit to the fair.
