Driven by a deep conviction of the value of culture and dialogue as a driver of social change, Gabrielle dedicates herself especially to the coordination of Cultural Heritage Actions under Creative Europe. Gabrielle’s research and commitments extend to: international cultural relations, the nexus between democracy and culture, and the Eastern Partnership countries. With professional experience in Latin America, the United Kingdom, Poland and Slovakia she has also been a researcher for Culture Solutions and Director of Public and Institutional Relations for European Horizons.
