Digital Career Stories – Opening new career paths for arts and culture students

Concetta Ferrara is a research fellow at University of Macerata. After a Master degree in Management of Cultural Heritage, she received an industrial PhD in Human Sciences. In last years she gained experience in the field of stakeholder engagement, collaborating as an innovation broker in action-research projects related to the topics of sustainable territorial development and place branding. Her main fields of interest and research are sustainability, cultural and territorial marketing, with a focus on the role of digital career methods for the improvement of professional profiles in the cultural sector as well as potentials of Made in Italy, audience development and citizenship rights to culture.
