Culture under threat: A European Response to Illicit Trafficking

Dr Angela Atzori is Team Leader for Cultural Heritage at the European Commission in Brussels (DG EAC). An expert with over 20 years of experience in international heritage management and cultural cooperation, she has worked with key actors such as UNESCO, INGOs, the Private Sector and the Academia in Europe, the Middle East and South Asia. She holds a PhD in Archaeological Sciences from the University of Padova, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maastricht, and a Master in Intercultural Studies.
