Benjamin Omer is a PhD Candidate and lecturer in criminal law at Jean Moulin-Lyon 3 University and at the Lebanese Internal Security Forces Academy. He currently serves as scientific project officer for the French School of Athens in the framework of the Horizon Europe ANCHISE project, which conducts research and develops technological tools to combat trafficking in cultural property.
Previously, he has worked for the 1970 UNESCO Convention Secretariat and the CNRS on the Horizon Europe NETCHER project, both dedicated to the protection of cultural heritage.
