This ENCATC Talk will give the floor to ENCATC members involved in the recently published volume Creative and Cultural Work in Europe. The session will bring research-based insight into current debates on precarity, labour conditions, inequalities, support systems, and the lived realities of creative and cultural work in Europe, while helping connect member-led research to ENCATC’s wider reflection ahead of the Congress.
