3rd ENCATC Cultural Happy Hour discovers the cultural side of CPAS Brussels

The 3rd Cultural Happy Hours organised an evening visit to the Museum of CPAS Brussels (Public Centre for Social Welfare) to discover its much lesser known cultural heritage collection. Guests, who included cultural operators, European cultural networks and policymaker, were welcome by Christophe Pourtois, Member of the Conseil de l’Action Sociale de Bruxelles, for a networking cocktail followed by a guided visit to the collection by David Guilardian, Curator of the Museum. During the visit our guests learned more about the profound impact the CPAS Brussels has had on the city’s residents and its valuable artistic collection that reflects not only its rich cultural history, but also how it has cared for the Brussels community and what took place in the past centuries to fight poverty and disease.
