Dr. Giovanna Di Mauro is a Senior Researcher at the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi.

She has taught at Zayed University (College of Interdisciplinary Studies), King's College London (School of Security Studies), Collegium Civitas in Warsaw (Department of Peace and Conflict Studies), and the University of St Andrews (School of International Relations). Giovanna holds a PhD in International Relations from the University of St Andrews (UK), a Master’s degree in Expressive Arts, Peacebuilding, and Conflict Transformation from the European Graduate School (Switzerland), and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Naples ‘L' Orientale’ (Italy).
