2nd meeting of the Working Group on Culture and Education
OnlineThe second meeting of the Working Group will be held on the 16th of April, continuing ENCATC’s work to strengthen academic standards and learning quality through inclusive education that engages with diversity, “otherness”, and stereotype-breaking approaches.
This meeting will advance discussions on developing a toolkit to support the internationalisation of curricula, considering the educational, social, and economic realities of international learning pathways. The chair will seek the valuable feedback of Working Group members and review the draft questions for the staff and student surveys. All input will help ensure the surveys are clear, relevant across different contexts, and able to generate evidence that directly feeds into the toolkit.
Between February and November, the group will convene through a series of online and in-person sessions, enabling members to exchange experiences from early education to lifelong learning, share local narratives, and identify common challenges and opportunities. This process will feed into a dedicated in-person session at the ENCATC Congress in Nice (September 2026), supporting members to collectively shape an education agenda that strengthens connections between cultural and educational ecosystems across Europe and beyond.
