Mentoring Programme

Inspired by the Reinventing Mentoring in Arts Management (REMAM) model, the ENCATC mentorship programme replaces traditional one-to-one mentoring with a collective, peer-based approach.
Participants join facilitated peer circles to exchange experiences, explore new perspectives, and co-create practical insights for professional and organisational growth.

Each year, up to 20 professionals from the cultural and creative sectors across Europe are selected through an open call and mentored by international experts, including laureates of ENCATC’s awards.
The programme supports re-skilling, up-skilling, and career development in an evolving global cultural landscape.
