Book exchange programme

The Book Exchange Programme is an initiative designed to foster the international circulation of knowledge across countries, institutions, and professional communities. Held during the Annual ENCATC Congress, this programme invites participants to share their latest publications, research outputs, and institutional works with colleagues from around the world. By exchanging books, Congress attendees help cultural management and policy literature find new homes in university libraries, cultural organisations, research centres, and professional networks on a global scale.

Participants are welcome to bring publications of any type—academic books, institutional reports, project outcomes, journals, or specialised resources—that can enrich the field or offer new perspectives for readers in other countries. Each contribution not only supports the global dissemination of knowledge, but also offers enhanced visibility for authors and institutions.

Through this enduring tradition, ENCATC reaffirms its commitment to supporting international collaboration, expanding access to knowledge, and nurturing a vibrant and interconnected global community in cultural management and policy.
